Familiar situation: you bought a brand new phone, insert your SIM card into it, check your contacts folder and find nothing in it. There is no need to panic. After all, almost every problem has a solution.
Dealing with the phone
So, it is known that our favorite iPhones of different brands and models have a common problem - transferring contact information from and to the device. Therefore, the first and most elementary way to copy contacts from an iPhone, unless, of course, you want to rewrite them manually, is to transfer the numbers to a computer. Everything is simple here. The phone is connected to the computer via a usb cable, the appropriate mode is selected in the dialog box of the mobile phone. Already through the computer, you view the contents of your phone's folders, find the one you need with contacts. Create a folder on the desktop of the computer and transfer the necessary information about the numbers of your friends, acquaintances, etc. by “copy / paste” there. A side note! If necessary, the reverse process, i.e. transfer the database from the SIM card to the phone's memory, proceed as follows:
- in the general menu, select the "Settings" folder;

It should be noted that it is through the firmware that it is possible to transfer and save all contact information without errors.
