The logic of the developers is quite simple: each subsequent plan is more expensive than the previous one, but also provides more services. Thus, if we take, for example, the penultimate Megafon - All Inclusive L tariff in the line, which provides 8 GB of traffic in 3G or 4G format (at the subscriber's choice), we can say with confidence that this is enough for online games, watching series and even a few movies online. So can we say with certainty that these rates are exclusively for smartphones? Hardly. Everything depends primarily on the intensity of Internet use by the subscriber.
Now, of course, in order to understand what the tariffs are, we must disclose information for each of them.
All Inclusive XS
This is the basic package from Megafon. "All inclusive" (it cost 150 rubles a long time ago, now the price has increased to 199 rubles) marked XS is the first both in price and in terms of the volume of services provided. As part of it, the subscriber is given 300 minutes to talk with numbers of the same operator located in the subscriber's region. In order to communicate with friends from other territories of Russia, the user will have to pay 6.5 rubles per minute.
As for calls to numbers of other operators, if we are talking about the home region, their cost within the framework of Megafon - All Inclusive for 150 (or rather, for 199 rubles) is only 2 rubles. In the event that the subscriber wants to call the number of another operator in another region, he will need to pay 10 rubles per minute.
SMS messages cost 1.9 rubles for numbers in the home region and 3.9 rubles for someone else's.

In addition, the user receives 1500 minutes and 1500 messages to communicate with Megafon subscribers in their region. The cost of the tariff in this case is 1290 rubles, while the price of services provided in excess of the allocated rate does not change.
All Inclusive VIP
Finally, the last of these plans is the VIP tariff. As expected, it is the most expensive among all, but offers the best conditions. For a subscription fee of 2,700 rubles, the client is provided with 5,000 messages (SMS) and the same number of minutes for calls in the home region of the Megafon network.
