Recently, Russian blogger Alexander Gorny, who became famous for his notes and thoughts on the very well-known opposition website "Echo of Moscow" under the nickname amauntain, has gained great fame. You can also read his notes in Livejournal under the nickname gornyi.
What are blogs and bloggers?
The word "blog" is borrowed from the English phrase web log. It denotes a kind of online diary on the Internet, where each third-party visitor to the site can read the entries and leave a comment. Blogs are for the most part ordinary sites on which their owners keep their personal records. About what? Blogs can be about a variety of topics. People who have such an online diary, regularly adding entries to it, are called bloggers.
There is such a guy
Actually, Alexander Gorny is just a pseudonym. Many bloggers post under their real name. In real life, his name is Alexander Gennadievich Sergeev. Why he took such a pseudonym for himself, no one knows for sure. But everyone knowsthat Alexander Gorny is a blogger. Sasha's biography is also sealed. But some information is still known. He was born on March 21, 1980. Our hero is married.
On the web, it is only known that he is a blogger from Moscow and considers himself a member of the Crimean Civil Activists. Sasha has an active civic position and speaks on behalf of the public of the city of Koktebel. On the Echo of Moscow website, Alexander left rather dry information about himself: he has been blogging since 2014, his city of residence is Simferopol, and his occupation is a blogger.
What does Alexander write about?
Almost all of Sasha's notes are dedicated to the Crimea. As you know, in 2014 the peninsula became part of Russia. Since then, this event has been given very close attention both in the Russian Federation and in Ukraine. Alexander Gorny did not remain indifferent to the problems of the inhabitants of the now Russian peninsula. Crimea and everyday life of the population are almost daily covered in his notes.
Sasha's writing style is unique. He seems to be mentally conducting his dialogue with Russian President Putin, always addressing him in writing. We can say that all the articles are devoted to the only reader of the blog - Vladimir Vladimirovich. Even if Putin is not mentioned, all readers can guess that it is he who is meant, or at least Sergei Aksenov.
Faced in real life with bureaucratic lawlessness in Crimea, blogger Alexander Gorny, whose photo is presented in the article, somewhat changed the style of writing his notes. Especially thisit became clear to readers when they saw a letter with the poignant title “Putin, we are losing Crimea!”
Alexander Gorny. "Echo of Moscow"
As noted earlier, Alexander maintains his blog on the opposition website Ekho Moskvy. If a year ago he actively supported the annexation of Crimea to Russia, admired the changes that had taken place in the lives of local residents, then recently the tone of his notes has changed significantly. He began to frequently criticize local officials and the state of the roads.
When Alexander Gorny was driving from Feodosia to Simferopol (it's 110 kilometers), he got into 3 emergencies in 2 hours of travel. As he notes in his notes, this fact even made him swear. And how many tired tourists ply on broken roads in their cars through these potholes, and what curses can be heard from them against those who should be engaged in landscaping?
Sasha swore at Stopkham activists in Simferopol
In Simferopol, Sasha had a small incident. He arranged a skirmish with the activists of the Stopham movement. Our hero parked his BMW in front of the Council of Ministers building. When the activists asked Alexander to move the car to another place, he simply rude to them, and even swore at them, as he was outraged by their request. Members of this movement thought at first that it was the former deputy of Sevastopol Vladimir Struchkov. But the latter denied any involvement in the event. He explained this by the fact that he does not have such a car. The incident wasfilmed by activists on video and posted on the Internet.
Later, blogger Alexander under the pseudonym Gorny admitted his involvement in the quarrel and noted that these activists themselves provoked the conflict. And the video is incomplete, there is only a piece of the recording on it.
Gorny sued
The Ministry of Ecology of Crimea planned to hold tenders for the selection of a company that would further manage the improvement of Tikhaya and Lisya bays, as well as Atlesh. According to Alexander, such activities of commercial structures will gradually destroy unique natural monuments and protected areas. And this is a valid conclusion. He accused the Minister of Ecology Gennady Naraev of promoting the interests of commercial structures in Crimea. Gorny said that during the week he came to the ministry and informed Naraev himself and his subordinates that holding this tender would not only bring material damage, but also cause widespread protests from the local population and the public. In response to this, Alexander and the Koktebel public were accused of having a personal interest in this issue. Dirty lies poured out on Gorny in the Crimean media. The blogger announced his readiness to sue Gennady Naraev in order to protect his honor, dignity and business reputation. What did these actions lead to?
Mr. Naraev is ready to meet with a well-known blogger in court. But he also noted that each person has a biography, a personal file, a copy of a diploma, a passport and medical certificates. Information on these issues is available on the government portal and in the personnel department. But he knows nothing about his opponent, except for his pseudonym and place of residence - Alexander Gorny (Crimea). The biography of this person is also not known to anyone. Gennady Naraev would like to know personal information about the opponent: his name, where he works, as in the future he will have to make several official inquiries about his activities.
What do the Ukrainian media write about?
After the annexation of the peninsula to Russia, a rather pessimistic and depressive note in the Ukrainian media about the life of Crimea and its inhabitants should be noted. In particular, the reason for this was the change in mood in the notes of a well-known blogger. As ukrosmi noted, a “pro-Putin blogger” from Crimea said that after the “annexation” of the peninsula by Russia, life there is getting worse every day. It is reported that Alexander Gorny, who warmly supported the events of 2014 in his notes, allegedly admits that the economic situation on the peninsula leaves much to be desired. Allegedly, the prices for food and alcohol have soared several times, because of this and unemployment, Crimea will again not see tourists, as in the past season. According to Gorny, "fairy tales about crowds of tourists" are specially invented by the local authorities. They do this in order to knock the budget out of Moscow.
Ukrainian media also picked up Oleksandr's friction with local officials and presented the information in such a way that he is very dissatisfied with the authorities and constantly criticizes the work of the Crimean administration.
Alexander Gorny was offered the post of mayor of Koktebel
Sasha received an offer to take part in the competition for the position of mayor of Koktebel. It came personally from the head of the administration of Feodosia, Stanislav Krysin. As the blogger writes, he came to Koktebel 8 years ago, so he knows the village itself and its problems very well. But, unfortunately, he is afraid to take on such a big responsibility. Blogger Alexander Gorny believes that the village is the death of any mayor. If we analyze the activities of the previous leaders of Koktebel, then everyone suffered an unenviable, and even tragic fate. One was imprisoned for a bribe, the other, having got into such a serpentarium, decided to quit of his own free will, the third was found hanged, the fourth was imprisoned again. Here he is, the hero of our article - Alexander Gorny! The biography of his past years, although little known, is now very eventful.
