The text also says that as soon as the stolen funds are returned to the company, they will immediately be transferred to MMSIS customers using the "chargeback" procedure. Roman Komys also reports that the organization has begun bankruptcy proceedings.

Let's follow the development of events in chronological order. It is known that at the end of June 2014, messages appeared on the forums that MMCIS was not paying. In fact, the company paid money to all depositors until September 2014, but at the end of September, some applications were canceled, as MMCIS asked for verification.

But unknown persons began to carry out massive DDOS attacks on the company's website in order to stop its work. The saboteurs blocked MMCIS specialists from accessing client accounts by blocking them. Now the company can manage only a tiny fraction of the funds that remain under control. This means that MMCIS cannot provide trading, satisfy applications for payments in full. Of course, each contributor can leave a review about MMCIS on its website, but this does not change the situation.
- The scale of blocking the company's money has increased many times over due to the betrayal of key MMCIS partners from Russia, who were engaged in servicing the company's basic flows. Management raises funds for long-term investments, talking about short-term investments, counting on the former. Investors who withdraw their money early receive much less than they put in. In general, the scam mechanics have been known for a long time. The company declares that it will conduct mandatory identity verification in connection with entering the official level of activity.
