Here you do not need to mess around with programs like iTunes and iBackupBot on your computer. If your iOS device is jailbroken, all you have to do is launch the iFile app on the device and start working on recovering the restrictions password.
Go to the menu Var - Mobile - Library - Prefrences and look for the same file there - com.apple.springboard.plist. Click on it and select "Text Editor". There is a button in the top left panel"Edit", if you click on it, you can edit the code. Select the desired line and paste our code:
