Bank Otkritie, which recently merged with the Khanty-Mansiysk Bank, offers a card for its car enthusiast customers that allows them to accumulate points for refueling at Lukoil gas stations and purchases in other stores.
When buying fuel and other goods at a gas station, a customer for every 50 rubles spent will receive 1 point on their bonus account, and for purchases at other outlets, 1 point will be added for 75 rubles spent. You can spend bonuses at all filling stations of the Lukoil network to pay for fuel and other goods. An important plus of this product is the possibility to get up to 1000 welcome points at the first payment at the gas station. The bank will have to pay 850 rubles for annual service.
Co-branded cards "Lukoil-Opening" are issued only by the MasterCard payment system. At the same time, it is not possible to issue a credit limit.
