When creating budget devices, there are also failures. The IQ239 model from the Fly company suffered a fiasco. So what will surprise the smartphone of 2014?
Design
Fly IQ239 Era Nano 2 looks very similar to devices manufactured by HTC back in 2010. The device has rounded shapes, but with small dimensions it looks rather ridiculous. Does not add attractiveness and thickness, as much as 11.6 millimeters.
The advantage of this design is ease of use. Miniature (compared to modern devices) the phone fits perfectly in the hand. Affects the use of light weight, only 99 grams.
The device is made entirely of medium quality plastic. The material definitely does not add to the presentability of the phone, although what are we talking about. The design of the device even among the models of the budget segment looks strange.
Dirt and fingerprints will become a problem for the gadget. There is no oleophobic coating observed in the device, and this is very noticeable. Don't rely on screen protection either.
But the placement of parts on the case is quite familiar. The front of the phone houses the display, controls, speaker, sensors, and the company logo. ToUnfortunately, the user will have to forget about the front camera. The back panel has got a camera, a logo and a main speaker.
On the right, on the side, is the volume control, on the left is the power button. A microphone is located on the bottom end, and a USB and headphone jack is on top.

Screen
The display installed in Fly IQ239 has absolutely no characteristics corresponding to a modern device. The screen size is only 3.5 inches. In addition to a small diagonal, the resolution of 480 by 320 pixels also depresses. Such displays were relevant five years ago, but not in 2014.
The device was also equipped with a TFT-matrix. This greatly reduced the viewing angles. With a slight tilt, the image is greatly distorted. In addition, the picture fades in the sun. Actually, the brightness of the smartphone is not enough anyway.
It is quite difficult to operate the device because the display is very small. Small interface elements blur due to 165 ppi. It's even strange to see such a bad screen in not the oldest device.
Camera
The Fly IQ239 black was equipped with only two megapixels. Such a camera is now found only as a front camera. Quite expected and a resolution of 1600 by 1200 pixels.
It's simply impossible to talk about some quality. Images are grainydetail and with a lot of noise. It will be easier for the owner to forget about this ability of the phone than to use it.

Fly IQ239 black has only one core with a frequency of 1 GHz. Does not improve pictures and 256 MB of RAM. Even a state employee does not have enough memory to perform most tasks.
Don't expect high performance. The phone is capable of running simple applications and undemanding games. You may even experience freezes in some programs.
The native memory of the device is also depressing. The manufacturer allocated only 512 megabytes to the user. The owner is simply confronted with the fact of the need to purchase a flash drive. You can expand the memory with a card up to 32 GB.
System
Fixes the sad "success" and "Android" in Fly IQ239. The characteristics of the system are hopelessly outdated. The device operates on version 2.3, without any shells from the company.
Together with "Android" comes a standard set of applications from Google. Most ofprograms is useless, but you can remove them only by obtaining root-rights.
The owner will not have a rich choice of applications, however, even such an ancient "Android" supports the essentials.
Autonomy
Unpretentious filling increases the duration of the Fly IQ239. The characteristics of the battery capacity are only 1100 maH, but this is quite enough. The minimum charge consumption allows the device to last two days in standby mode. Active work will reduce the time to 8 hours of work. The most "greedy" in the device is Wi-Fi: using it, you can drain the battery in 4-5 hours. In principle, the smartphone shows a good battery life.
Using the Fly IQ239 settings, you can turn off unnecessary programs and functions, which will increase the duration of work. Such a solution will allow the user to win several hours of gadget life.
Package
In addition to the IQ239, the user will get instructions, an adapter, a USB cable, a battery, a headset and a warranty card. The buyer should immediately include the device and a USB flash drive in the price.
Communications
The owners of Fly IQ239 will be pleased with the communication characteristics. The smartphone supports two SIM cards and works in a standard GSM network. In addition, there is support for Wi-Fi, Bluetooth and mobile Internet.
Price
The cost of the phone is more than acceptable. You can buy IQ239 for only 3 thousand rubles. An incredibly small number of devices can boast such a low price.
Positive Feedback
Owners found not so many pluses for the device. The main advantage, of course, is the work with two SIM cards. For a state employee, this is excellent quality.
The price was also more than attractive. Of course, the power of the phone is lacking, but this is compensated by the cost and connectivity.
Negative reviews
There are much more negative sides. Users complain about the small, poor quality screen and terrible camera.
The filling of the smartphone is separate. In the hardware part, there are no pluses, starting with a weak processor and ending with a small amount of RAM.
The device's memory is also allocated. Installed 512 megabytes is not enough even for the most necessary applications.
The old version of "Android" also does not cause delight. In addition, updates for the phone are not expected.
Result
The smartphone is definitely outdated, still in production. Almost all state employees have long since gotten rid of most of the shortcomings present in the IQ239, and for 2014 such characteristics are unacceptable. Even Fly has better models in the same price range.
