If a friend does not have a sense of tact and uses the mentioned service too often, you can add him to blacklist. It accommodates up to 66 Megafon numbers. A call at the expense of the subscriber for such people will no longer be available. How to do it? Send a message to 5084 with the text: "+79ХХХХХХХ". If you want to remove a specific phone from an emergency, instead of a plus, just put a minus. Agree, quite convenient.
True, there is one caveat: the service works only in the home region. In addition, the cost of a call does not depend on the tariff plan and connected services for the called subscriber.
