In order to "painlessly" switch to a new operator or simply buy a new number, you can use the "Easy Step to Beeline" service. This service is available for those customers who have purchased a SIM card from this operator. What opportunities does it provide, and under what conditions is it used? "An easy step to Beeline": description of the service
The option is intended for subscribers who have changed their number and purchased a Beeline SIM card. With its help, you can inform people who call the old number about the change of SIM card. Thus, the one who will call the old contacts will hear the message of the autoinformer that there has been a change to another number. Remarkably,that the old number can belong to any telecom operator, it does not have to be "Beeline" either.
Service "Easy step to Beeline": terms of use
- The previous number must have the status of "active", its balance must be positive. At the same time, the service will be immediately suspended after the balance is negative on the account or the SIM card is blocked (for loss, voluntary blocking, blocking in the absence of paid actions within the period specified in the contract for the provision of communication services).
- The service "Easy Step to Beeline" is provided free of charge: the client does not have to pay either for connection or for use. Listening to messages by subscribers calling to an old SIM card is also not charged.
- If unconditional forwarding is paid on the previous number, then each played message about changing the number will cost a pretty penny. You can find out if a fee is charged for this type of call forwarding through the contact center of the operator to which this number belongs.
- It is impossible to connect the service without having an old SIM card "at hand", since the connection is carried out in two stages. One of which is setting call forwarding to a service number.
Service management
You can connect the service "Easy Step to Beeline" in two stages:
- On the new number (this, of course, should be "Beeline"), you should dial the command, indicating in it the number of the old SIM card in the formateleven digits (with eight). For example, 2708911XXXXXXX. In response to the number from which this request was dialed, a message containing a code will be received.
- On the previous SIM card, dial a request of the following form 21code received for the new number. This command sets forwarding.
Disable option
You can disable "Easy step in Beeline" by doing just two steps:
- on the new number dial request 27000 - this is the deactivation of the option itself;
- on the previous SIM, cancel the forwarding that was previously set using the service code - 21.
If you simply disable the option on a new number, this will not deactivate automatic notification. You should perform both steps on each of the SIM cards. In the future, if necessary, it will be possible to reactivate the service.
The owner of the SIM card of the black and yellow operator also has the opportunity to suspend informing without disabling the service discussed in this article, because if it is disabled, you will have to activate it again if necessary. You can do this by dialing 2701. In the future, you can resume it by replacing the one with a two in the second part of the request - you do not need to repeat the actions that were performed when connecting.
