The steamer is a handy device for preparing he althy and tasty food. The very first double boilers were designed for cooking on fire. In Asia, traditional devices are still used, which are tiered bamboo baskets placed on pots of boiling water.

How the Tefal steamer works is clearly seen in the figure. In the lower part, which we will conditionally call the sole, there is a water tank with a built-in heating element. A turbo ring is installed on the heating element. Already 30 seconds after turning on the device, this element begins to pass steam through itself, which rises through special channels of food baskets.

Now more specifically about how the Tefal steamer can feed a whole family in the morning. Considering that the body has just woken up, it needs light food, for example, porridge and vegetables. If you want to make breakfast hearty, you can cook beef, pork or chicken. Our breakfast will consist of rice porridge, diet chicken and three eggs.
First, let's fill the water tank to the maximum mark. It is desirable that the water is purified or settled. This reduces scale formation.
To the biggestbasket, which is located below, lay out the whole chicken breasts. Before that, it is desirable to season and s alt them. Approximately 450 grams of chicken are laid out so that the breasts lie side by side and do not cover each other. This will allow the steam to cook the food evenly.
In the second basket, which is installed on top of the first one, place a rice bowl filled with 300 milliliters of boiling water. Pour 150 grams of pre-washed long-grain white rice into boiling water and add a tablespoon of s alt.
In the uppermost steam bowl put the eggs. And cover the steamer with a lid.
Now set the timer for 25 minutes, turn on the "VITAMIN+" mode and calmly get ready for work. There is no need to stir the food and, in general, you can forget about the double boiler for 15 minutes.
Hard-boiled eggs will be ready in 15 minutes. To get them, you just need to remove the top basket and put the lid on the middle one.
After 5 minutes, remove the basket with breasts. And after another five minutes, turn off the steamer and take out the rice.
As you can see, it took only 25 minutes to prepare a simple breakfast without boiling, frying and stirring food.
Chicken breasts cooked in 20 minutes, rice in 25 minutes, hard-boiled eggs in just 15.
