From the MTS operator, the My Friend tariff, the description of which confirms the absence of a subscription fee, is convenient for those who do not use a large amount of Internet traffic. All write-offs of funds from the account occur only upon the completion of a paid operation (a call, an Internet connection is established, a text message is sent, etc.). The main advantage of this TP is the availability of a daily portion of free communication with subscribers of its network in the home region. Every day for twenty minutes you can make non-tariffed calls to subscribers of the MTS network in your region. According to the terms of MTS, the My Friend tariff, the description of which can currently be found in the list of archived tariff plans on the operator’s website, provided the opportunity to call local telecom operators and landlines at a price of 2.5 rubles per minute of conversation. At the same time, after the limit is exhausted - 20 minutes - allcalls to MTS numbers also became paid - one and a half rubles per minute. For sending a text message, two rubles are debited from the balance in the home region and 3.8 rubles. to other areas.

The absence of paid operations on the number for five months will lead to the fact that the tariff plan will be adjusted at the operator's initiative to "Basic 092013". Therefore, if you rarely use a SIM card with a friendly tariff plan and would like to continue doing this, then you need to perform at least one paid action (i.e. call, send an SMS message so that there are debits from the account) to save the current conditions.
Initially, the owner of the number is the buyer (the person to whom the SIM card was presented in the communication salon). To register it for yourself, you need to contact the MTS salon for the new owner and the one who is currently officially listed as it.
